By Telephone / Email using PayPal:
To pay by PayPal, please call us on 01626 335192 or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) your order stating your full contact details and delivery address, along with full details of your order (including artist / photographer, artwork title, media and size). We will then send you an email PayPal Invoice.
Once we receive notification of the payment transfer we will dispatch your order.
By Telephone / Email using Cheque or Postal Order:
To pay by post using a cheque or postal order, please call us on 01626 335192 or email (email@example.com) your order stating your full contact details and delivery address, along with full details of your order (including artist / photographer, artwork title, media and size). We will then send you an email confirming the total amount you need to send. Once we receive notification of the payment clearance we will dispatch your order.

Upon receipt of your order, we will contact you by telephone or email to arrange a convenient delivery date. We can deliver to your home or work place, so that you can always be available to receive your artwork.
We endeavour to deliver within 5 working days, but please allow 7-14 working days.
At prints and canvas we take great pride in our artworks and consider safe, secure delivery of the utmost importance. We use DHL, ParcelForce and Royal Mail for our deliveries, with tracker numbers and insurance for peace of mind.
We understand the value of your artwork and every canvas order is securely wrapped in blown foam and packed in a double wall corrugated box. Large prints are in strong tubes and small ones in reinforced envelopes. Every artwork is insured with the above couriers.
Each item received should be inspected on delivery for any damage to the package. The insurance is invalidated if you sign for the artwork in good condition and later find out that the artwork is in fact damaged. If you are uncertain of the condition of the artwork inside a damaged package please sign as "Damaged". Please also see our full Terms & Conditions.
Caring for your canvas.
To maintain and prolong the life span of your canvas, do not expose it to strong sunlight, direct heat or moisture. Gently wipe with a slightly damp cloth or soft duster and avoid chemicals or anything abrasive.

Canvas artworks can be supplied as rolled for your own framer to stretch.
